The hotel was perfectly located for our requirement of a night stopover very near Urbe airport.The facilities and comfort surprised us,as did the very low price.Th restaurant was a real surprise in the range of menus items,quality and professional service.It was wonderful to be free from the sight or smell of pasta and fish after over two weeks in Sicily. The bedroom had both fridge and kettle; the sheets were best quality smoothly laundered,with two top sheets of full size and NO DUVET COVER. There was as good a bed as most five star places.The room was silent and pitch black( roller shutter) ,with powerful aircon,good lighting ,and proper furniture with drawers. Pretentious hotel designers should look at this simple place ,and learn!

The staff were very polite, attentive and very professional which was greatly appreciated. I loved the little gardens and cottages, and the pool was fantastic- I wish I had more time to enjoy it better! Only 20min drive from the centre of Rome (we booked this place as we had a wedding nearby, but spent some wonderful 4 days there).
